Fees and policies

At Eastern Therapy Hub, we understand that enquiring about fees over the phone can be daunting. That’s why we prefer to be up-front about our fees. There are no hidden or extra costs; just high-quality assessment and treatment. ETH is also able to provide services to more complex NDIS clients.

Medicare

If you are referred by a GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, you or your child may be eligible for a Medicare rebate ($56 per session) on up to 5 allied health services per calendar year. Clients eligible for a CDM plan (formerly Enhanced Primary Care plan) usually require multidisciplinary, team-based care from a GP and at least two other health or care providers.

Private Health Insurance

Speech Pathology and Psychology services may be eligible for you to claim through your private health insurance. The extent of your cover depends on the type of policy and extras you select. NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme may be available for those with developmental delays or disabilities. The NDIS Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach is available to all children aged under 7 with a developmental delay or disability. Depending on your situation, the NDIS can cover the cost of many allied health services.
