Jess completed a Master’s in Music Therapy at The University of Melbourne and is a registered music therapist (RMT) with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA). Jess is also an accomplished musician, specialising in violin, and completed a Bachelor of Music at The Victorian College of the Arts in 2017.
Jess has previously delivered music therapy in a specialist education setting and has also worked in disability centres, hospitals and aged care facilities.
Jess aims to deliver a high quality service that is tailored to the needs of the individual/group. Through working under a strengths-based model, her work is guided by the philosophy that every person should be afforded opportunities to flourish with the strengths that are inherent within themselves, whilst also developing key functional skills that are essential for their quality of life.
