Jess holds a Master of Education and Developmental Psychology from Monash University and maintains General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
She is passionate about supporting individuals across all ages and life stages, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strength-based, and person-centred frameworks. Jess is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges related to emotional regulation, school engagement, anxiety, and low mood in a way that respects their unique experiences.
Jess has a strong passion for working alongside neurodivergent individuals, particularly those who identify as autistic, ADHDers, or have Specific Learning Differences (SLD). She embraces a neuroaffirming approach, co-creating strategies that celebrate strengths, foster self-understanding, and empower individuals to thrive in environments that truly support them.
Originally from Brisbane, Jess relocated to Melbourne in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, exploring new places, spending time by the beach, and catching up with friends.
