Mel is committed to evidence-based practice and enjoys tailoring therapy to each child’s unique profile, strengths, and goals.
She values strong, collaborative relationships with families, educators, and other professionals, and strives to make therapy strengths-based, engaging, and meaningful. Mel aims to create a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, empowered, and understood.
Outside of work, Mel enjoys singing and attending local music gigs, fitness groups, and AFL games.
