Neha studied at La Trobe University and is a Registered Psychologist with experience providing psychological intervention for children, adolescents and adults in both community and private practice settings.

She has particular interest in neurodevelopmental presentations, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She takes a person-centered approach when working with clients, taking the time to understand their individual experiences, strengths and needs. She creates a supportive and comfortable environment where clients feel heard, understood and respected, both in therapy and throughout the assessment process.

Neha values working collaboratively with families, and both formal and informal support networks. She believes that good communication and collaboration can help ensure that psychological support, assessment findings and recommendations are meaningful and practical in everyday life.

Outside of psychology, she enjoys reading, exploring the beaches and markets of the Mornington Peninsula and exploring small towns and regional areas. She also enjoys creative projects and spending quiet days in with her much loved senior cat Nelia.
